Responsibilities of a Product Manager:
1. Manage product renovation and innovation projects in-line with brand ambitions and commercial objectives.
2. Create long-term product innovation pipelines for your sub-category of responsibility that deliver on brand ambitions and consumer needs.
3. Understand all competitor activity and action appropriate responses to develop and protect the brand portfolio within your sub-category.
4. Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, category and net revenue.
5. Support sales and category in the product sell-in materials for the listings and launch of new products.
6. Represent the brand in brand plans and account meetings for retailers.
Experience required for the role of Product Manager:
1. 2 years minimum marketing experience within a branded environment.
2. Previous experience working within the FMCG sector.
3. Strong Excel and numerical abilities.
4. Comfortable working within complex international multi-stakeholder environments.
5. Project management and leadership skills.
Skills and attributes:
