The candidate for the role of Validator for Fire Risk Assessors should meet the following qualifications and competencies as specified in nationally recognised Competency Criteria for Fire Risk Assessors (Appendix A-I of the Competency Criteria for Fire Risk Assessors, Fire Sector Federation):
* Strong knowledge of Approved Document B, latest regulations, and industry standards.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in using relevant software and tools for fire risk assessments and reporting.
Clients
Principally Local Authorities, Housing Associations and other Clients.

■ Competence : The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Fire Risk Assessment process and be able to assess the competence of Fire Risk Assessors according to the established criteria.
■ Knowledge : Demonstrated knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes and standards relevant to Fire Risk Assessments is essential.
■ Experience : Proven experience in conducting Fire Risk Assessments and a comprehensive understanding of fire safety measures are required.
■ Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to Fire Risk Assessors, are essential.
■ Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for accurately evaluating and validating Fire Risk Assessments.

Salary
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum
