As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
3. Log customer interactions into CRM systems
4. Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
5. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Requirements
1. Excellent communication and listening skills
2. Previous experience in customer service or call centre (preferred, not required)
3. Confident using computers and phone systems
