We are currently recruiting for a Retail Allocator to join a sustainable footwear and accessories brand in their Bristol office. Reporting to the Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in product distribution across various channels throughout the business whilst supporting the team with admin duties and stock management for their footwear product line across the DTC & B2B channels. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Some responsibilities: Allocate stock efficiently to maximise store sales and requirements Assist the Merchandising team with the management of intake across all channels Updating stock targets for individual stores and locations. Assist in monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide regular product reporting for the DTC & B2B channels. Manage the stock allocations for both the retail and Market Place channel, collaborating with the Retail and Market Place leads. About you: Previous experience in a similar role in retail, within the footwear or fashion industry. Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. The role is based in their Bristol office and offers hybrid working - 2 days in the office, and the rest WFH.
