Customer Service Professional required in Ripley!
Location: Ripley, Derbyshire - With the ability to work from our Telford office once every six weeks (you must have a valid driving license and access to your own car).
Salary: £26,500 per annum + £1,000 bonus
Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday office based)

In this role, you will ensure that every customer order is processed with precision and care, maintaining a high level of service excellence that keeps customers coming back.
What You'll Do:
Manage a dedicated customer base, ensuring every order, inquiry, and request (including quotations and sample requests) is handled quickly and accurately.
Manage the end-to-end order function by processing incoming orders using dedicated systems, ensuring clear communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
Manage debit/credit notes, proforma invoicing, and account status updates to keep customers fully informed.
Effectively manage complaints and returns, using your negotiation and issue-resolution skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
