Sureserve Compliance Central – Aaron Services We are a national company offering market leading heating & hot water solutions from a network of regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands, strategically positioned to ensure comprehensive coverage and uncompromised access to our clients We are seeking an experienced plumber to perform maintenance and repairs to our clients heating and hot water systems, completing all work in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Overview of Role The Plumber will visit client properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. They will ensure that all plumbing systems function efficiently and safely, completing all repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance work. Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures. Diagnose and assess plumbing issues. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work. Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants. Key Attributes & Requirements Qualified and experienced in plumbing with relevant certification. Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment. Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost-effective solutions. Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and our team. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
