What you do Responsible for timely execution of the PM activities: · Collect data to calulate premiums · Calculate bonuses and premiums · Calculate fees · Apply pricing conditions · Calculate and apply bonus and malus conditions · Control invoice proposals · Contributes to test campaigns · Ensure follow-up for Turnover Declarations · Chase information for Turnover Declarations · Control Turnover Declarations · Timely execution of Broker commision payment and computation · TOD Controlling · Group Ticketing monitoring, reporting and chasing · IRP settlements · Contract management support · Provide advisory support on daily operation · Support project on operation aspect and related UAT testing; · Help to investigate on complaint case and give suggestion for problem fixing; · Maintain operation procedure manual in comprehensive and regular updated basis; · Other activities according to Company's needs · Participate in the implementation of operation project · Active participation in harmonizing the processes with the other regions What you bring Educational requirements · Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration/ Equivalent · Experience in Credit Insurance, Contract Management, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Customer Accounting, Invoicing of Finance would be a plus · Knowledge of accounting processes, invoicing, brokerage Knowledge of IT systems, would be a plus: · SAP · Excel-medium Knowledge of English level · Good English level required with any additional language as an added value Business expertise: · Experience in AR/AP/Insurance/ Contract Management/ Invoicing 1 to 3 years Interpersonal skills: · Problem solving skills · Team player · Analytical / numerical skills · Ability to work under tight deadlines and in changing environment · Able to work autonomously · Supporting team members · Communication skills What We offer · Dynamic and multinational working environment. · Opportunity to learn and grow- on the job as well as language or professional training. · Open company culture, flexible working hours / possibility of working from home. · A wide range of employee benefits - meal vouchers, gift vouchers, performance bonus, public transportation allowance, extra personal days, premium health insurance, fruit day, discounts on Allianz products, etc. · Full time permanent contract. · Modern and accessible offices.
