Job Description Automotive Service Manager role available for a franchised dealership Salary; £40,000 Basic with an OTE of £70,000 Monday to Friday 8;00 - 6;00 with only one Saturday a month 8;00 - 12;00 Job Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join a franchised dealership. Reporting into the Head of Business you will be responsible for managing the Service department which includes a team of Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and front of house Service Advisor team across a split site workshop. Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the teams within the Service operation and encourage them to work, efficiently and cohesively, to optimise performance and consistently provide customer excellence. As a Service Manager your responsibility is to ensure our customers Service needs are met, this will including ensuring all works are booked in promptly and all work is carried out to the required standard. Your teams will be responsible for upselling products to our customers and ensuring the Service department hits all KPIs.
