An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics to join our team.
Crieff High School currently has a roll of approximately 630 young people. Working together we strive to help all young people be the best they can. We aim to provide a positive learning environment for pupils and staff and our school vision is A rights respecting school that nurtures, encourages and inspires young people to be the best they can be.
Crieff High School is located in the heart of Strathearn and is part of Strathearn Community Campus, which hosts various partners including Live Active Leisure and Culture Perth and Kinross. The campus offers numerous opportunities for pupils and staff. The school catchment spans a wide, scenic area, with a short 30-40 minute commute from Perth and Stirling.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will possess appropriate qualifications and registration, with a thorough understanding of pedagogies that engage learners.
They will consider all learners in their classroom, ensuring inclusive practices that lead to positive outcomes. High aspirations, good communication skills, and respectful relationships are essential, along with skills in positive relationship techniques, including restorative approaches.
