Role: Digital Marketing Lead, Permanent, Part time
Salary: £30-45k pro-rata (3 days/week)
Location: Windsor Hybrid
Reports to: Head of Organisational Health & Wellbeing
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Lead to join a leading digital healthcare solutions company encompassing over 8 million paid users and 3000 corporations. The Digital Marketing Lead will oversee all digital marketing efforts to drive revenue growth by enhancing brand awareness, generating purchase interest, and improving conversion rates. This role involves close collaboration on campaigns with the Growth Marketing Lead, with a focus on SEO, social media, and content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram). Manage social media advertising campaigns, collaborate with the marketing team, and monitor performance metrics.
* Optimize the website to inform, convert leads, and support customers.
* Oversee relationships with agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness, alignment with business goals, and measurable results.
* Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories, following the content calendar.
* Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive traffic. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and collaborate with content creators to adhere to SEO best practices.
* Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for blogs, websites, and digital channels. Write, edit, and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency, and manage a content calendar.
* Assist in building and maintaining an accurate customer database for marketing and sales activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Required Experience:
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Experience with digital marketing tools and strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
* Knowledge of the digital health landscape and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources.
* Creative thinking for innovative campaign development.
