Hours: 38.7 hrs/week (Rotational shifts, incl. 1 in 4 Saturdays)

The Role:
As a Collections Agent, you’ll handle calls to support customers with overdue payments, using your communication and negotiation skills to find fair solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering excellent customer service. Full training provided.
What You’ll Need:
* Strong communication & listening skills
* Resilience & ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivation & target focus
* GCSE Maths & English (A-C) or equivalent
* Up to 1 year’s experience in customer service, retail, or a contact centre preferred
