What the Job Involves In this role, you will support the Head of Property Services by ensuring high-caliber delivery of property asset valuations, including handling the Council’s specific valuation requirements such as Right to Buy valuations. Your responsibilities entail undertaking unaccompanied site visits of both developed and under-construction sites, alongside managing a caseload of asset valuation work. You will handle finance and audit inquiries pertaining to asset valuations and coordinate with various team members within the growth-oriented framework of Barnet Council. The position involves hybrid working, with a focus on mandatory office presence on Tuesdays, and necessitates flexibility for borough-wide site visits.
