We are seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join the team and help make a difference in the lives of our students.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with SEMH needs in a classroom setting. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised care, assist with learning activities, and promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Your role will involve building strong relationships with students and helping them develop the skills and confidence to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to access the curriculum and learning activities.
Foster positive relationships with students, helping to build their confidence and emotional resilience.
Provide support with managing behaviour and implementing individualised behaviour plans.
Assist with the delivery of tailored interventions and activities aimed at promoting social and emotional development.
Work alongside teaching staff to adapt lessons and resources to meet the needs of students.
