We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in talent identification to observe and report on assigned academy fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of academy football and be highly motivated to support the recruitment strategy by identifying high-potential young players. Other key responsibilities as part of this role include: Attend Academy Fixtures Player Reports : Produce detailed and insightful reports on players observed at these academy fixtures Player Identification : Understand the Everton academy player profiles and identify key traits in players that meet academy standards Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in a similar role and a good understanding of scouting protocols and best practice.
