Overview Pepsi Lipton is a Joint Venture formed between Unilever and PepsiCo in order to capitalise on the growth of the ready-to-drink TEA segment. It is a global business worth 3,0 billion USD today, growing volume at the rate of 4-5% and with double digit increase of its net revenues. Our vision is to expand our global leadership and enter new benefit areas with current and additional brands. PL JV operates globally with three well established brands Lipton, Brisk and Pure Leaf and new acquisitions (Tazo, T2, Pukka). It is a joint venture between Unilever and PepsiCo to manufacture and sell Lipton Ice Tea and operates across the globe. As a company in its own right, the joint venture has its own board of directors. Whilst in constant contact with its parent companies, it runs as a separate entity on a day-to-day basis. In order to support our ambitious growth agenda, you will be a passionate Team Assistant eager to support our Directors across our Global and Europe scope. This role will require you to be proactive, resourceful and tenacious, with a can-do attitude, good problem-solving skills and hands-on approach, able to manage through ambiguity and complexity of our matrix organization to contribute to the achievement of our overall business targets. Global and Europe are complex and diverse regions, containing a variety of operating models and markets at different stages of RTD Tea category evolution, including highly developed markets like France and Benelux, but also large white spaces, for example in Sub Saharan Africa. The region realises approx. 1.4B Litres in finished goods sales and operates in a complex matrix environment through a combination of franchise, company owned and 3 rd party contract manufacturing (co-man) operating models. Main Purpose The Team Assistant to our directors team is a key member of the Pepsi Lipton Global / Europe team, supporting the directors on day-to-day basis and working in close partnership with our wider global teams across Pepsi Lipton, PepsiCo and Unilever teams to ensure the smooth day to day support and management and organisation of multiple diaries and corporate meetings and events. Responsibilities Your accountabilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage the assigned directors’ calendars, with full editorial access. Responsible for managing Leadership Team invites on behalf of assigned leadership team. Provide support to leadership and team events, assisting with organizing meetings, events and workshops. Coordinate calls with each respective assigned functional/regional team across our markets, and manage invites for project activation alignment calls as needed. Manage travel, accommodation, visas, and expense reconciliation for directors in both Unilever and PepsiCo systems. Manage on-boarding of new employees within assigned business area whenever required. Manage POs and vendor payments in MyBuy and SAP ensuring timely processing, resolving supplier queries, and coordinating with finance teams. Working closely with Finance and other key stakeholders, ensure approvers on the system are maintained up-to-date to ensure smooth approval flow on the system. Assist with cyclical processes (i.e. end of year) to ensure data accuracy and timely submission of accounts. Assist with onboarding and training of other EAs/TAs where needed, including systems and processes setup and training, JV/parent company onboarding and H&S training, organising security passes, tour of the building, guidance and professional contacts sharing. Assist with team members IT access/setup and ad-hoc office IT support. Assist with office coordination and ordering of supplies as needed. Carry out other reasonable management requests as needed. Qualifications Person Profile Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders at all levels and across multiple functions and organizations. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Solid previous experience in a similar role in a matrix organisation, ideally within FMCG. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing requests at the same time. Professional networking/external focus especially dealing with 3rd party suppliers. Strong business acumen. Ability to bridge Unilever and Pepsi systems and culture, and work seamlessly in a complex ecosystem. Has a passion for the Lipton brand and growth of RTD business.
