We are seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Plymouth dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. - Provide 1:1 or classroom support for children with SEN, meeting their individual needs.

- Encourage students to develop confidence and self-esteem in a nurturing setting.
- Experience: Working with children with SEN in a classroom or 1:1 setting.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with additional needs.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility: Adaptability and resilience to meet the demands of a full-time role.
- Transferable Skills: A background in support work is advantageous, though prior education experience is preferred.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
