Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued Polygraph This position performs work requiring knowledge and experience related to logistics, government material and property accountability, customer service, and government O&M processes and procedures. This position serves as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team member who assists with material and property management duties while doing all warehouse operations to include receiving, shipping, storage, and storage. Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Position requires the flexibility and performance of a multitude of Integrated Logistics Support functions related to material management, property management, transportation, shipping/receiving, material handling, and warehousing. • Ensure proper handling of all sensitive, classified, and/or hazardous materials and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Promptly and accurately maintains a material and property control systems for all Government material/property to ensure highest audit ratings are sustained at the Site. • Monitors contract, Federal Acquisition Regulation and changes affecting Government material and property including accountability, identification, shipping, receiving, control, use, maintenance, storage and disposition. • Maintain material/property management logs and process inputs into the SAP databases. • Perform distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, shipping, and building of loads/pallets. • Performs physical inventories of Government material and property. • Monitors material/property management and logistics processes and identifies areas where improvements can be implemented. • load and unload cargo from vehicles and or trailers. • dispose of and recycle materials in accordance with site standard operating procedures. • Supports transportation of Government material and property and couriers cargo by operating vehicles and forklifts. • Will be required to travel, as well as occasional overnight stays, to attend to business related matters. • Supports ILS special project assignments from the ILS manager, contract management, and the customer, as required. • Clean and maintain vehicles, warehouse, and office areas, as required. • Performs other duties as directed by the ILS manager. some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent, however four (4) year accredited degree or global equivalent preferred • Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, write, and speak) • Experience should be primarily in the area of material management • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Good computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs• All applicants must be US citizens who possess or be eligible to acquire a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph • Advanced computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs. • A thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and Federal Acquisition Regulations for Government Property and the Federal Supply Classification System. • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license • Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, write, and speak) • Working toward applicable professional certification(s) or license(s) • Experience should be primarily in the area of material management • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Good computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs • Perform work that may require sorting or movement of materials up to 40lbs without assistance from others. • The U.S. Government customer requires that United States citizens under consideration for employment at the Rainy location, OCONUS, United Kingdom under a Department of Defense (DoD) contract as well as their spouse/domestic partner and any dependents ages 5yrs and above who will be accompanying them, complete a Behavioral Health Evaluation (BHE) by a doctoral-level (i.e., PhD, PsyD, or MD) behavioral health specialist (i.e., Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist) and be deemed “Qualified/Approved” before authorization can be granted to the Candidate Contractor and their family, to relocate to the United Kingdom. If the results of the BHE performed on you, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or any dependents over the age of 5 accompanying you are deemed unacceptable by the U.S. Government customer, in its sole discretion, you will be denied access by the U.S. Government customer to the installation and, as a result, your offer of employment from Fluor will be rescinded.
