Training Administrator, Tipton - Temporary contract for 12 months, with the potential for a permanent opportunity, £18.75 per hour

This is a full-time temporary contract for 12 months, with opportunities to apply for permanent positions within the business, this is a foot in the door with a large organisation. Hours are 37.5 per week, working Monday to Friday. 28 days holiday including bank holidays, rising to 34 days holiday including bank holidays after 12 weeks. Free parking.
Their Tipton depot are seeking a Training Administrator to join their Training Team based in Tipton. You will be accountable to the Training Support Manager for your organisation, quality, behaviour, self-development and health and safety of Team Members and Customers.
Main Responsibilities or the Training Administrator
• Working closely with a team of other Training Support Assistants
• Ability to deliver KPIs and performance targets accurately and to agreed deadlines
• Internal and external course bookings and administration which includes:-
- Booking Training Requirements.
- Scheduling and updating Trainers Programme with course dates
- Booking training rooms
- Creating and issuing course joining instructions
- Ensure CROWN is updated accurately
- Utilisation of financial systems to raise and receipt purchase orders and cheques.
• Reception duties
• Excellent Customer Service for all mediums of communication
Candidate Requirements for the role of Training Administrator
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal and external customers. You must be able to work well in a team environment but also work well independently and be self-motivated. A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. You must be able to adopt a flexible approach to assist the Training Support Manager on various training activities.
