Responsibilities
* Responsible for articulating the product strategy and executing product initiatives in the country for the assigned Trade and Working Capital products in conjunction with the Country Trade & Working Head.
* Working with Coverage / Sales to understand customer requirements and develop client value propositions accordingly across client segments.
* Responsible for the Trade & Working Capital product P&L within the country including responsibility over development and commercialization, pricing and utilization, and management of risks and return for the assigned products.
* Work with the Country Trade & Working Capital Head for the management of end to end product lifecycle.
* Support Country Trade & Working Capital Head in developing new revenue streams with meaningful returns over the long term, through product enhancement and innovation, whilst uplifting current revenue streams through process efficiencies and digitization.
* Develop jointly with Coverage / Sales teams a local strategy to drive product innovation/enhancement and commercialization.
* Conduct regular reviews of the product offerings to ensure a “fit for purpose” operating plan and product agenda.
* Involve in solutioning of complex deals or RFPs, and drive replication of deals/unique solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and training to Coverage/Sales to facilitate product commercialization and pipeline conversion.
* Support launches of product enhancements, new products/variations, trade digitalization initiatives as required for Trade. Work jointly with Operations to improve product offerings/processes resulting in increased revenue and utilization, improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Qualifications
* EDUCATION: BACHELOR DEGREE OR ABOVE
* LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, CHINESE (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)
* Knowledge of Trade and Working Capital products.
* Working capital analysis and independent fit-for-purpose assessment on credit facilities.
* Solution structuring including identification and assessment of structural risks and potential mitigants.
