About the role
Our Store Managers are fully accountable for all aspects of their stores. You will be responsible for:
1. Leading and motivating your team to excel
2. Coaching and mentoring staff
3. Driving customer service through team engagement and product knowledge
4. Maximising sales potential and profitability, and driving KPIs
5. Delivering company standards to the highest level
6. Visual merchandising and product launches
7. Being a Brand Ambassador
About you

* Retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A passion for selling and customer engagement
* A record of commercial success and awareness
* Recognition of the importance of visual merchandising
* Awareness of local and competitor markets
* Clothing experience - desirable but not essential
* Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
