Job Purpose: You will support the Leasing team by taking responsibility for managing all aspects of the tenancy process. It is suited to a highly organised self-starter who is passionate about supporting the team and committed to delivering exemplary customer service. Key Accountabilities: Progress every let agreed from reservation through to move in, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant and meet company standards. Offer outstanding customer service by ensuring the customer is aware of each step of their journey, with documentation issued in a timely and accurate fashion. Progress and nurture the reference and deposit insurance process in conjunction with the Leasing team as required. Ensure leasing software is up to date, accurate and all tenancy deals progressed in a timely fashion. Liaise closely with the Leasing and Resident teams to ensure every arrival and departure is smooth and an excellent experience for the customer. Work closely with the Finance team to ensure every lease is numerically correct and ready for customer payment. Keep track of all leasing pipelines by using reporting inside the designated software system. Proactively find ways to drive efficiencies in the leasing process. Assist and support at leasing open days and customer events where required. General Accountabilities: Undertake additional relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the role, as directed by your Manager, raising any issues with capacity so they can be properly managed. Participate in the full year and half year Performance Development Review process as reviewer and reviewee, meeting the standards and timescales required by the Company. At all times ensure that your understanding and skill level regarding the Company’s IT systems are up to date, as applicable to your role. Undertake IT training as required to ensure full and proper use of the available technology. Qualifications/Experience/Skills: IT literate with Excel and software experience. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Hungry to learn and possesses a strong desire to progress. Team player who thrives under the pressure of a lease up. Able to communicate successfully with a diverse range of people. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Places the customer at the heart of everything they do. This role may involve an element of lone working or working alone which will be discussed between you and your line manager. Training will be provided, where required.
