Role Overview:
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Private Client team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence.
2. Assist in the preparation of legal paperwork and filings.
3. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
4. Maintain and update client files and databases.
5. Communicate with clients and other professionals effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
