Key Accountabilities Maintain a confidential and well-organised Headmaster’s office Provide full administrative support to the Headmaster Lead and manage the Reception and Administration Team Key Responsibilities Manage the Headmaster’s diary and correspondence effectively Draft correspondence, take minutes, and liaise with staff, parents, and governors Oversee and manage all Senior School pupil files and some operational staff files Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, HR, and the COO Line-manage the Senior School Reception and Administration Team Assist HR with safer recruitment and other administrative processes Coordinate meetings with the Cathedral and the Dean Organise and distribute invitations for school events on behalf of the Headmaster Maintain and update management information systems, including iSAMS and My School Portal Handle general office administration, including mail shots and telephone enquiries Coordinate meetings and track progress on key school initiatives Positively promote the school and its values in a dynamic and changing environment Reporting Lines The post holder reports to the Headmaster and will be assisted by, and have line management responsibility for: Senior School Secretary and PA to the Deputy Heads Senior School Receptionist This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
