We are seeking to recruit a Production Support Co-Ordinator to support the team in the Tile factory in Toomebridge.

Responsibilities of the Role
2. Ordering of Goods for Tile Factory – consumables, raw materials & updating Management on spending;
3. Manage the receipt and checking in of goods and administration of invoices and orders;
4. Act as a key point of contact between external companies and different departments within Northstone;
5. Provide administrative support in the processing of wages of weekly paid;
6. Assisting in stock counts of stores;
7. Aiding Accounts and Health & Safety department in the opening of new accounts for companies/ contractors.
8. Minute taking at meetings and distributing actions/ next steps;
9. Update reporting software with daily information;
10. Support production information boards;
11. Conduct Health and Safety Inductions;
12. General office duties including filing, updating, scanning, copying, email queries and answering phones.
Essential Requirements
13. At least 1- 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment.
14. Excellent IT skills - proficient in the use of Excel;
15. Keen attention to detail and record keeping;
16. A good team player;
17. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
18. Able to effectively prioritise, multi-task and understand the importance of deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
19. Experience in use of Financial Accounting Software;
