Key Responsibilities
We are seeking Qualified Tutors who have experience supporting children and young people who are working below their age level. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized learning plans, adapting your teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between their current abilities and desired outcomes, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications: Degree in Education or related field, preferably with a specialization in SEND or a related area.
* Experience: Proven track record of supporting children and young people with SEND, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in your teaching approach.
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

Salary
This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
