Job Description:
Our client is a family-run business supplying warehousing facilities, transport, and distribution services across the UK and Europe. Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an additional customer service administrator to join their customer service department in Selby. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The team has a strong culture of longevity, with some members exceeding 30 years of service.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email
* Working primarily within the Warehouse Admin team, with training on various roles including Orders, Goods Receipt, Customer Service, and General Administration
* Accurately recording information in internal traffic and warehouse management systems
* Monitoring deliveries through to completion
* Coordinating with internal transport and warehouse teams, as well as external partners and subcontractors
