Our client is a distribution company based in Hellesdon, Norwich. They are seeking a temporary Customer Care Administrator for 3 months. The Customer Services team is small and busy team, and they need additional support. The main duties for a member of the team would be: • Processing orders for trade and retail customers • Dealing with phone orders and enquiries • Helping with the registration of new clients on software • Answering email enquiries • Printing invoices and picking notes for warehouse • Dealing with returns requests • Adding title data to system • Processing Monthly consignment sales • Filing completed work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30-4.30 – this includes an hour for lunch (35 hour week) (can take 30 min lunch and shorter day) The successful applicant will: Have good data entry skills Proven customer service skills High attention to detail For more information about the client or the role please do call the Norwich office of Reed and ask for Andrea Makings or Maxine Ettridge Please also request Andrea or Maxine on Linkedin
