We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team on a 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. If you re passionate about HR, employee relations, and creating a positive workplace culture, this could be the perfect next step in your career About the Role As a HR Advisor, you will: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law. Support with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice. Lead on HR projects to support business objectives and enhance employee experience. Work closely with managers to develop and retain employees, fostering a positive and engaged workforce. Analyse HR data and provide insights on trends, supporting continuous improvement. What We re Looking For We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable HR professional with: Previous experience in a Care environment Previous experience in a HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards it). Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels. Proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong IT skills, including experience with HR systems and reporting.
