We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in Telford As the Demand Generation Specialist you'll execute the demand generation strategy (1-to-many) for the specific region within the EMEA market, focusing on driving brand awareness and net new customer acquisition. Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, this position is essential in supporting the larger EMEA demand generation goals by adapting global campaigns to regional needs and ensuring alignment with local market dynamics. This role combines hands-on campaign management with collaborative engagement across sales, marketing, and product management teams to meet regional performance targets. What you'll do: Execute demand generation campaigns within designated EMEA regions, adapting global campaigns to ensure relevance for local markets. Tailor and own the mix of messaging, content and channels (email, social, nurture, events, other) that resonate with specific cultural and market needs within the region to create strong brand presence and drive positive demand generation outcomes. ·Own all website localization efforts supporting the region. Plan and execute regional events, webinars and product launches, aligning each initiative with demand generation outcomes. ·Work closely with sales, marketing communications and ABM teams to drive attendance, engagement, and follow-up activities for marketing generated leads. Track regional campaign metrics and KPIs, such as new lead, uploader and customer acquisitions, ensuring campaigns are meeting or exceeding set targets. Analyze campaign performance data to recommend adjustments, optimize budget spend, and drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates. Partner with regional bdr and sales teams to foster alignment on lead generation priorities, funnel performance metrics as well as lead follow up SLAs. Actively participate in regional demand generation council calls, sharing campaign updates, performance insights, and any local challenges. Support the Senior Demand Generation Manager in managing regional budgets, ensuring all campaign activities are cost-effective and focused on high-ROI initiatives. Provide insights on budget utilization and performance outcomes to inform future planning and optimisation. What you'll need: Experience in demand generation, digital, or regional marketing, ideally in an EMEA-focused role, with a track record of localizing campaigns to effectively engage diverse markets.
