Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated 2/3rd Line Support Analyst.
Job Purpose:
To provide 2nd line support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide IT Infrastructure support to:
o Client, server, storage, network, communication, audio/visual & security systems
* Monitor and respond to user support requests submitted to the helpdesk
* Engage with 1st & 2nd Line colleagues in support of incident and problem management processes
* Build effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
Essential Experience:
* Previously worked in a 2nd/3rd line support role
* Network experience e.g. Cisco
* Security experience including firewalls
* Strong Windows Server experience
* Experience of working with Active directory, Office 365, VMWare, SQL and telephony/VOIP
* Cloud experience either; Azure, AWS or MS 365 experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer support skills
Desirable:
* Unix experience would be beneficial
