Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager
Improve Output and Productivity: Continuously seek ways to enhance production efficiency.
Maintain Quality and Reduce Waste: Ensure high-quality standards while keeping rejects to a minimum.
Oversee Manufacturing Process: Ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Implement Health and Safety Policies: Develop and enforce health and safety policies and conduct risk assessments.
Focus on Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for ongoing process improvements.
Customer Interface: Maintain excellent communication and relationships with customers.
Manage Costs and Budgets: Oversee financial aspects, including cost management and budget setting.
Strategic HR Management: Oversee HR functions and sign off on accounts.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £55k - £65k
Bonus: Based on company performance
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday finish at 4:00 PM
Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays
