Our success is through Our People We are looking for a proactive individual to support and improve learner attendance and punctuality across the College. Key responsibilities include monitoring attendance daily, contacting learners and parents to address unauthorised absences or repeated lateness, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will work collaboratively with learners, parents, and staff to raise awareness of the importance of good attendance, signposting learners to support services where needed, and contributing to initiatives that improve engagement and attendance levels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health and safety is essential, along with a proactive approach to personal and professional development. You will uphold the Colleges values, contributing to an inclusive, supportive, and high-achieving environment where learners can thrive. The ideal candidate will have 4 GCSEs (AC, 94), including Maths and English, with experience working with young people, parents, and families, ideally in an education setting. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience managing data and reports, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines are essential. Reliable and self-motivated, you will demonstrate effective problem-solving and time management skills.
