Fashion graphics experience is advantageous for this role.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Provide administrative and design support to the Sales and Design Director.
* Coordinate and manage the sending of samples, swatches, and key product information to customers.
* Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, ensuring all materials are organised.
* Oversee critical path management, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
* Track and manage customer requirements to prioritise sampling and production schedules.
* Liaise with internal teams and external factories for daily sample tracking.
* Raise sales orders and order confirmation sheets, ensuring smooth communication between the merchandising team, factories, and customers.
Person specification:
* At least 1 years' experience in a similar Sales, Buying, Fashion Graphics, or Production Admin role.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a keen willingness to learn.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* IT literate, with good Excel & Adobe knowledge.
* A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude.
