Housing Support Officer Permanent Post 37 hours per week Grade G - £25,992 to £27,711 per annum We are looking for experienced candidates to provide a variety of services all designed to help sustain the tenancies of the individuals that we support and require people that are passionate about the work we do to drive the core values of the organisation forward, as well as being: Non judgemental Resilient Empathetic Flexible to change Patient Enthusiastic Many of our tenants have faced significant challenges in securing a positive future – they need support to make progress and achieve their aspirations. As a Housing Support Worker, you will have a case load of tenants and you will play a pivotal role in their lives by providing a high standard of support, advice, and practical help to enable them to establish or maintain stable accommodation by gaining the necessary skills to sustain their tenancy and achieve greater independence. The intention is for the postholder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required.
