Stroud Resourcing is collaborating with a flourishing private hospital in Hertfordshire, seeking an experienced nurse leader with strong skills within quality and governance.
You must be comfortable performing a hybrid role that reflects a requirement to provide guidance to the hospital on quality and governance alongside operational support and leadership to the outpatient department.

Provide highly visible and supportive leadership to the outpatients and governance teams, working with them to ensure high levels of customer service and safety.
Support the hospital in maintaining a quality healthcare environment and ensure a robust governance framework is in place and executed.Skills and Experience Required:
Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.
Confident managing a nursing team within a hospital setting.
Post registration experience working within an outpatient setting.
You must have strong demonstratable experience within quality and governance, and be competent with executing the governance framework, updating policies and procedures.

Full-time (37-hours per week) with the flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days, Monday – Friday.
