What's involved with this role: Temporary Fleet Administrator - Resources Reference no: VLA 5258103 Pay Rate: £11.96 per hour PAYE 40 Monday – Friday, 08:30 - 16:00 This opening assignment is for 3 months City: MATLOCK The purpose of the role is to assist in the gathering of data from various sources and updating the fleet management system. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the distribution of management information reports. Providing customer support on fleet system queries and workflows Working with large data sets. Develop your skills in IT and data analysis. Effective record keeping, filing and updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Ensure all documentation required by DVSA, DVLA and all other regulatory bodies is held and up to date at all times. Produce timely and accurate internal reports as agreed with line manager. Deal with all customer contact effectively, and courteously, in line with policies and procedures. Maintain manual and computerised systems including inputting data and keeping records. Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent including Maths, English and Science. Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, forms and slides. Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Ideally, have a transport and logistics or fleet and asset maintenance background. Skills & Abilities: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite). Good organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communications. Strong attention to detail, being able to multitask and work to deadlines.
