Job Title: Fluent Spanish Speaking Customer Service Administrators
Remote: The role will be remote based with 1 day per month in the office for training.
This leading international company is looking for Spanish speaking Customer Service Administrators to be based at their head office in St Neots, Cambridge, England. Fluent Spanish speakers are required to deliver the highest levels of service excellence and positively contribute to achieving the highest quality customer care. Serving the Spanish market, the Spanish speaking Customer Service Administrators will provide expert customer support by building and developing customer relationships with internal Spanish customers, interpreting sometimes complex queries, initiating the appropriate action, and ensuring effective resolution of all requests.
Successful Spanish speaking Customer Service Administrators will need to demonstrate:
1. Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
2. Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish.
3. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
4. Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
5. Problem-solving skills, initiative, and openness to continuous improvement and learning.
