Adjacency Recruitment are proud to be partnering a longstanding client in the Education sector to recruit a Senior Human Resources Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the development of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build effective working relationships with people across the business, providing advice and guidance on HR policies and HR-related issues throughout the employee life cycle.
* Advise on restructuring and support senior leaders through a consultation process, preparing documentation for restructures and advising on job descriptions, TUPE, and recruitment activities.
* Research and recommend new initiatives and provide administrative support to deliver these, such as wellbeing and training programs.
* Support the recruitment process covering all aspects from authorisation to onboarding, including working with agencies and job offers.
* Deliver successful employee relations caseload advising on cases at all levels of complexity and providing support to managers.
* Update staff databases and ensure accurate employee details for monthly reports and audit purposes.
* Support managers with occupational health referral processes and associated welfare meetings.
* Process paperwork for new starters, leavers, and changes such as sickness, salary changes, and more.
* Ensure quality procedures and guidelines are followed to meet quality objectives.

To be considered for this role, we would expect the successful candidate to have a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and at least 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
