Responsibilities: Formulation and development of inks and coatings Conduct laboratory experiments and prepare samples for testing; Evaluate and implement new raw materials and technologies for inks; Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products; Conduct experiments, analyse and communicate results, and write reports; Work with cross-functional teams including research and development, sales and production to ensure successful product development; Uphold and maintain laboratory safety protocols and standards; Maintain results documentation and prepare technical reports; Work closely with technical teams to resolve technical issues and optimize product performance; Provide technical support to customers and colleagues as needed Candidate Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field; 3 years of experience in formulation chemistry, preferably, but not essential Preferably, but not essential, Knowledge of colour science, materials science, analytical equipment and printing technologies; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Excellent oral and written communication skills; UK driving license is essential as the site has no public transport links; Must have the right to work in the UK, sponsorship is not available; In return our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities for career growth and development.
