Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative duties, including but not limited to:
* Ensuring smooth daily office operations; improving the office environment and handling staff requests/complaints.
* Managing office supplies and maintaining an organized, trackable inventory system.
* Raising purchase orders, receiving goods/services, and processing payments promptly.
* Providing timely support to supervisors and departments.
* Generating invitation letters, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff business trips.
* Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and reporting issues promptly.
* Occasionally covering reception duties if required.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have previous experience in an Administration or Coordinator role. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
