German Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: Wigan, UK (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Full time - normal office hours
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Company Overview:
We are working alongside a fantastic global company who specialise in commercial flooring solutions. They are looking for a German speaking customer service coordinator who will be the primary point of contact for all aspects of service and customer care.
Responsibilities:
* Support within the German and Austrian market, but also providing cover for UK market
* Support order processes, enquiries and complaints
* Develop and maintain active working relationships with dealer partners
* Data entry and managing all sales orders
* Support the whole order process from ordering to completion of orders
* Managing open orders
* Entering customer complaints in SAP and resolving the issues
* Customer service via email and phone
* Managing and resolving conflict
* Enhancing opportunities for business growth through your service
* Identifying improvements
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in customer service essential
* Proficiencies and an understanding of systems is essential
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable
* Experience in supply chain or processing orders, dealing with stock would be helpful
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications
* Strong communicator
