We’re currently recruiting for a In-House Manager for our client based in Newmarket. We’re ideally seeking a proactive candidate who enjoys managing a team of operators and overseeing the daily manufacturing tasks within the factory. The role will involve working closely with a key client to ensure all their needs and requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00, with some weekends required.
Daily Duties –
Overseeing the running, training and development of the team
Complete stock checks, using the inhouse system to order more when required
Attending meetings with clients about production plans and adjustments
Completing admin and filing paperwork for end of month reports
Moving products to and from the clients’ machines
Process and book returns, deliveries and maintenance checks
Maintain and update the dispense management system with ink recipes
Assist the client with any issues or errors with the product
Ideal Background –
Must hold a full driving licence
Confident using a computer and inhouse systems
Must be able to work well under pressure
