Responsibilities – 360 recruitment process
* Headhunt passive candidates - identify and screen potential candidates to understand their aspirations, accomplishments, and requirements
* Building and managing diverse talent pipelines
* Business development with new and existing global clients
* Negotiation and execute end-to-end recruitment process
* Contract and payment negotiations
* Offering regular market intelligence to senior stakeholders
* Pitch for retained business
* Present short-listed candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
Requirements – no prior experience needed
We have a dedicated Training Academy led by our specialist Learning & Development team which enables us to hire determined individuals and develop them to be able to hold high-level consultative conversations with global leaders.
