The role involves:
Managing all appointments and diaries
Arranging and attending meetings
Preparing meeting minutes
Dealing with telephone enquires
Managing complaints
Providing assistance to stakeholdersThe ideal candidate will have the following:
Have previous administration support
Great diary management skills
Minute taking experience
Work well under pressure
Great communication
