Working Hours Monday to Thursdays - 9am-5:30pm, weekend rota with a day back in lieu. Package Basic Salary £30-35k DOE Commission Scheme As a Sales Progression Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, ensuring that transactions run smoothly from the moment an offer is accepted through to completion. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be key in liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other third parties to keep everyone informed and moving forward. You will handle a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all sales are efficiently progressed and completed on time. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth progression of sales. Monitor and chase updates from all parties involved in the transaction to ensure all deadlines are met. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the sales process, ensuring effective problem-solving. Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing regular updates to both the team and clients. Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved, offering advice and support when necessary. Keep clients informed at every stage of the process and manage their expectations throughout. Work closely with the sales team and management to help achieve targets and drive business growth. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a sales progression or similar role within the estate agency industry is essential. In-depth knowledge of the property sales process, including dealing with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and legal documentation. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and third parties. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple sales at different stages of progression. A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
