The Team
Our large (currently 14 fee earners in total) and thriving Property Litigation team is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Director to take on a key leadership role in Fieldfisher's Manchester office. The Property Litigation team is currently spread between its London and Manchester offices.
The team has an outstanding reputation for handling all kinds of real estate disputes and is consistently ranked highly in the leading UK directories for real estate dispute resolution work. The team sits within the Real Estate Department, which is at the core of the firm and an expanding and dynamic practice. The firm's real estate practice is now well-established in the North-West, acting for developers, occupiers and some major institutional clients.
Our expanding property litigation practice has stand-alone clients, as well as clients in common with the rest of the Real Estate Department, and is involved with exciting and cutting-edge property-related disputes. The practice also has a number of market leading specialisms, including (but not limited to) pre-emptive injunctive relief, claimant led professional negligence claims and rent review.
This is an exciting opportunity for a rising Director to join and lead our highly regarded Manchester team and drive the growth of the firm's Property Litigation offering in the North-West. For the right individual, there is a clear roadmap to partnership.
