Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced housing officer to join their Housing Support team based in the Teesside area. You will be covering local areas depending on business needs, because of this, you will need to have a Full UK Driving license with business insurance.Your main duties as a Housing Support Worker are to help service users with applying for Housing Benefits and assist them with paying rent by creating support plans.All of their properties require to meet the Decent Homes Standard. This requires all properties and supported living areas to be clean, tidy and all repairs need to be reported and actioned.Please note that this role is NOT a personal care role. You will be providing housing support to the service users and will monitor repairs and the cleanliness of the property. Working hours are 8 hours per day, shift patterns and flexibility will be discussed during the interview.
