* Hours: Full-time Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and creative individual on behalf of an innovative business in the packaging industry.
The role:
Working closely with the sales team to achieve targeted sales with new and existing customers. Using and expanding marketing capabilities to drive interest, awareness and sales opportunities.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity which requires an individual who has the passion and drive to make it a success.
Key responsibilities
* Fully developing all sales opportunities within new and existing accounts
* Achieving company criteria on current accounts trading and minimise losses through close management and liaison on existing accounts
* Achieving individual promotional and new product targets set by the Commercial Manager through careful planning and research
* Adding new product lines to the company’s websites
* Completing product write-ups
* Managing all content for the website
* Maintaining the social media platforms including content creation with support from other members of the sales team
* Managing email client database posts & queries in a timely manner
* Monitoring chat on the website and social media platforms
* Liaising with the sales team on stock availability and associated lead times
Skills/Experience
* Experience working in a sales environment
* Experience of maintaining an e-commerce site, product descriptions / updating prices and conducting promotional activities
* A good understanding and working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce would be advantageous
* Experience & Knowledge of e-Commerce platform is an advantage (e.g. Amazon, eBay…)
* Experience of listing products for sale online is essential, particularly eBay
* Excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of the internet
* Proficient in using Microsoft 365 Outlook, Word, Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and well-organised taking the initiative when required
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Commercially driven
* A team player
