We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy and fast-paced Apprenticeships Team, to aid with supporting our apprenticeship students to reach their full potential As an Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer, you will play a key part of apprentices programmes through the undertaking of high-quality progress monitoring, supporting both students and employers within an allocated caseload. Not only will you be motivating students but also engaging both apprentices and employers to ensure a high-quality apprenticeship provision which meets their needs and requirements. Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: Schedule, plan for and undertake high-quality progress monitoring and review activity for an allocated apprentice caseload. Monitor apprentices participation in off-the-job training. Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and other factors within each allocated apprentices e-portfolio. Contribute to apprentice on-boarding activities. Support the implementation of outstanding Safeguarding practice. Our main requirements: Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional experience. Minimum level 2 Maths and English qualifications (grade C or above) we will require evidence of this for Ofsted. Experience monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress. Experience supporting learners/apprentices in identifying and setting SMART targets. Strong planning and organisational skills.
