Our client is a rapidly expanding, Huntingdon based PE-backed business, currently growing both organically and through acquisition across the UK, Europe, and the US. This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic team on an exciting journey at the forefront of their sector.As the Group Financial Controller, you will manage and motivate a small team while becoming fully involved in:
Overseeing all group consolidated reporting, including monthly management accounts, bank reporting, and the quarterly board pack.
Developing and managing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business plans.
Monitoring and reporting on covenant compliance.
Managing the preparation of annual financial statements, audits, and tax compliance.
Supporting acquisitions and integrations.
Leading and managing the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes across the Group.
Maintaining a robust financial control environment, ensuring that risks are mitigated with appropriate controls and continuously evaluating processes.
Overseeing weekly/monthly cash forecasting and treasury management.
Performing other ad hoc duties as required as the business develops further.
The primary focus of the role is to deliver strong, fast and accurate reporting acrossthe Group. You will be a qualified accountant, with a good academic track record and appropriate post-qualificationexperience, preferably with experience ofmulti-national businesses and acquisitions. Experience of reporting to a PrivateEquity owner would also be anadvantage. A desire to support growthand add value commercially are key to this role as you interact with the wider business.
